START POSITION—Lie back with knees bent and feet on the floor with arms by your side.
MOVEMENT—With legs bent, pull both knees to your chest picking your hips and legs off the floor, then lower.
PERFORMANCE—Perform in a rolling motion continuously for 30–60 seconds.
BREATHING—Exhale when knees are at the chest.

START POSITION—Legs extended off the floor.
MOVEMENT—Bend both knees to your chest, followed by an upward thrust, where your legs hips, and lower back are lifted off the floor. When lowering your legs, reverse the sequence.
PERFORMANCE—30–60 seconds.
BREATHING—Exhale when legs are at highest point.
